Today it is being said that India is made up of 60% youngsters and that is our strength. Few decades back Increasing population was our nemesis and now the same is our USP. what it shows ?

1. Fortune is a circle and a cycle consisting of ups and downs. what goes up must come down. But the knack of wisdom is in keeping or holding on to what you have got as precious when you are in down-swing and that is more important and a prime requisite for all . Adaptability and willingness to explore/learn/change for better should be the mantra.

2. While the increased younger population of India while it gets learned, empowers its strengths into valuable assets and uses it for its improvement for the benefit of relatives, neigbours and society at large, a lot of good will come out benefitting one and all.
Only increasing the earning capacity alone should not be the aim. Be proud you are an Indian and about your achievements, but also try your best to get the other under-privileged brothers and sisters to scale the society-ladder empowering self and the society. You can give money but more than that you can give/share your wisdom, learnings and practical difficulties/solutions with others. Use technology in sharing things. To me, it seems more and more guidance is needed for what they propose to do, how to achieve it, from whom they can get relevant info and how to fix achievable targets and how to attain them with proper evaluation and planning.

3. It should also be worthwhile to remember that you get immense pleasure and happiness when you share what you are getting from society with others. Empwerment can happen ONLY thru education and a powerful India can emerge only by getting them 100% educated for starters.

4. While most of our youngsters are getting themselves educated and well-employed, equal, if not more young ones due to various reasons - political, society, environ, parents etc., lose their chance to get educated and empowered. If everyone of us can bring/make a change in any ONE of that poor soul's life brighter, we can make history and India will surely SHINE.

Let us join and do our best.. Let us not be bogged down by politics, religon, caste, language and parochial approaches which spoils all good deeds.
